**It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure the proper address when purchasing an item.**
If the item has not shipped yet you may contact us to have the address corrected.
**A refund will not be given because an item was shipped to the wrong address.
Refunds will NOT be issued if an item does not reach you in time for your event, absolutely no exceptions. It is your responsibility as the customer to inform LittleLilyShop of the event date BEFORE purchase so we can discuss shipping upgrades. Conditions of return
Products that are not customized may be returned. If returning please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Duties For International Orders:
We are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility.

The time we need to prepare your order for shipping, most orders ship within 1 week. If you need the item sooner please contact us or purchase the expedited shipping along with your order.
Estimated shipping times
Canada: 1-2 weeks
United States: 1-2 weeks
Europe:3-5 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 weeksWe will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Address Correction/Wrong address
